Our consultants are all certified in Small Business Management to at least Certificate level IV, and all are encouraged to continue with their formal education in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tertiary level.

We also encourage and support our consultants in achieving APEC Small Business Counsellor Accreditation. By maitaining a policy of continuous learning and development, we ensure our consultants, are both experienced and up-to-the minute.

Even the best advice means nothing - if you don't trust it

All our consultants are bound by the APEC Institute Code of Conduct. They must adhere to strict rules pertaining to maintaining client confidentiality and disclosure of potential conflicts of interest.

We never disclose even the smallest details of our discussions with our clients and we never provide advice that is influenced by external third parties or by potential financial incentives.

If we find that what you need is specialist advice or advice we are not qualified to provide, we will identify the issue immediately and recommend you seek appropriately qualified advice.
